And the hits just keep on coming...

It's been a while since I've written
I can't even begin to go into details about whats going on with me.

The short version:

I sprained my already injured ankle (like severe sprain)
I found out yesterday I lost my job
I will no longer have health insurance by months end
I was denied disability for a bunch of dumb reasons (yes I'm appealing)



So, here I sit. Very scared, alone, lonely and just kind of wondering
HTF I got where I am. I'm allowing myself a few days to wallow and mourn
and then I will pick myself up by my bootstraps and continue on like always.

Its time for me to start writing again, doing some art in the studio and perhaps
get some books and Cd's up on amazon to generate some income. If you've gotten this far

Wow, its been a while!

Hi all!

Just wanted to stop in, say hello. This time I have a really good reason for not posting on my blog. Seriously? I almost died.

August 1 I was involved in a near fatal car accident. Without too much detail I broke my left leg and my right ankle was twisted nearly off. Doctors managed to save my right foot and put a titanium rod in my left leg and I'm just starting to re-learn how to walk again.

So thats where I've been. I've become more mobile in the past few months, and more able to sit for longer periods of time. I don't know what this will mean for my blogging, but I figured I would stop in to say hello.

HAPPY MONDAY!!

Wednesday for the rest of you folks. (see previous blog post about having Monday and Tuesday off this week)
That makes today my Monday at work. yippee (not)

had an ab fab time yesterday! The weather was amazing, the moon and sun were out at the same time. 80 degrees, sunshine, GREAT company and shopping, who could ask for more.

Not much else happening in my world. Just kicking back at work, getting ready to watch the third season of Lost on my ipod and... wait for 10 when I can go home

Having a Tuesday off..

..very strange , but we'll see what happens shall we.

I worked on Sunday ( Happy belated Mothers Day to you moms)
so instead of letting me have an overtime day (grumble grumble) I get today off.

Turns out to be a wonderful thing, yesterday was like a monsoon outside, today we are expecting a high of 70 degrees and not a drop of rain! YIPPEE

I am going to head up to New Hope PA with a friend of mine to spend the day wandering around.

I feel like I have so much to say...

...that I do not have a clue where to start.

I really have not forgotten about the few of you that actually READ my blog, seriously, I haven't.
I've just found myself in a bit of a funk recently... blue, if you will.
Not a good color for me, not by a long shot.

So, that's that. I don't care to elaborate, just stopping in to let you know I'm still alive, as far as I know.
